This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22780 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the Investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner No.1 is relaxed and the petitioner No.1 shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. and the condition imposed on the petitioner No.2 is modified and the petitioner No.2 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
