This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23362 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 to report before the jurisdictional Magistrate on every working day at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23362 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024.
4. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
