This petition has been filed to extend the time limit for furnishing sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chengalpattu imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.21049 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from today, to execute sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chengalpattu, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.

No.21049 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
