Petitioner herein complaining that, police is frequently visiting his house conducting search and harassing him has filed this petition to prevent the police from harassing him under the garb of search of his house.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner is an History Sheeter in H.S.No.07 of 2013 and there are eight previous cases pending against him including a case under Section 302 of IPC and a case under ARMS Act.
3. In view of the secret information received by the Police that, petitioner is in possession of unlicensed arms, search was conducted at his house.
4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the reason that there is no case made out to entertain the petition. 28.11.2023 Index : Yes/No Sma Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.
