(delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representations dated 26.5.2017, 5.6.2017 and 23.6.2017 and to stop establishing the TASMAC shop at Thirumanan Thottam, Ettiverampalayam Village, Avanishi Taluk,

On instructions from the District Manager/Deputy Collector, TASMAC Ltd, Tiruppur/respondent No.3, Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned standing counsel for TASMAC Ltd, would submit that no shop is proposed to be located at Ettiveerampalayam Village in Avinashi Taluk, Tirupur District. The communication addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Madras in Na.Ka. No.481/A/2017 dated 31.8.2017 is reproduced hereunder:

Ref: 1. High Court of Madras W.P. No.17115/2017. ******** The petitioner Thiru.V.Kondasamy has filed W.P. No.17115/2017 before the High Court of Madras for relief of permanent injunction and other reliefs from relocation of TASMAC Shop No.1988.

I submit that relocation of TASMAC Shop No.1988 at the proposed location i.e., Ettiveerampalayam Village in Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District has been dropped due to administrative reason. This may be apprised before the Hon'ble High Court.
