COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for an issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to number the petition's appeals all dated 05.09.2017 along with stay petitions all dated 18.09.2017 and also to hear and pass orders in his stay petition within the stipulated time.

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed to direct the first respondent to number the petitioners' revisions all dated 05.09.2017 along with stay petitions all dated 18.09.2017 and also to hear and pass orders.

The prayer sought for in these writ petitions have now become infructuous, in view of the fact that the revisions filed by the petitioners have already been numbered in R.P.Nos.14 to 18 of 2018.

Since the revisions have already been numbered, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. However, the first respondent is directed to dispose of R.P.Nos.14 to 18 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the aforesaid direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
