Crl.MP.No.15761 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.78 of 2024 N.SESHASAYEE.J., The petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 22.01.2024 in Crl.MP.No.604 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.78 of 2024, imposing certain conditions, one of which is, to appear before the learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI cases (CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions), Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed to modify the said condition.

3. Heard Mr.N.Baskaran, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases.

4. Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the above condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI cases (CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions), Chennai, once in three months. ds 13.11.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
