` When the application for additional evidence is filed before this Court, at this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2. In view of the aforesaid submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the decree-holders to proceed as against the property also in respect of which the additional evidence was filed and execute the Execution Petition as against that property also. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
