This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3264 of 2024 by order dated 13.03.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Trial Court on everyday apart from the court hearing dates till completion of trial.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in Spl.S.C.No.6 of 2023 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvarur District. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 23.11.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3264 of 2024 vide order dated 13.03.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvarur District in connection with Spl.S.C.No.6 of 2023 on 23.11.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
