This criminal original petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in CC.No.15 of 2022 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur insofar as the petitioner. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial court is directed to proceed with the trial and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
