This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Cr.No.475 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent /Police and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent/Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since there is no adverse order passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and a charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Bhavai in S.T.C. E-filing No.LTN400725 of 2024 on 13.11.2024.

5. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
