Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to furnish the Tender Document as per the paper publication effected by the 1st respondent in respect of running the Aavin Parlour at the Government Medical College Hospital at Mundiyampakkam Village, Villupuram Taluk, in two Tamil newspapers, Dhina Malar Villupuram edition and Dhinathanthi Cuddalore edition to the petitioner as per the representation dated 14.12.2022.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to furnish the tender document to the petitioner. 2.The petitioner is running an Aavin Parlour in the 2nd respondent hospital. There has been issues with respect to a complaint received by the 3rd respondent that other products have been sold in the Aavin Parlour. Notices were issued and the petitioner had approached this Court by

W.P.No.13538 of 2022. In the counter therein, it had been stated that in lieu of the petitioner one Jayabala Murugan, who is shown as the 5th respondent in the present writ petition has been allotted license. 3.However, it is stated that fresh tender is called for and the last date for submitting the tender is 28.12.2022.

4.This writ petition is straight away disposed of and a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to furnish tender form to the petitioner to enable him to participate in the auction proceedings. 5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 20.12.2022 Index:Yes/No (1/2) Internet:Yes/No smv
