ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.08.2019 in CSR.No.933 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, the CSR.No.933 of 2019 was issued and preliminary enquiry was conducted and thereafter the petitioner's complaint was closed on 21.08.2019.
