ORDER

Pending disposal of S.T.C.No.760 of 2021, the complainant has sought for direction to deposit 20% of the cheque amount as compensation and the same was dismissed by the trial Court on 31.10.2022. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition to set aside the order passed by the trial Court.

When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the trial Court has disposed of the main S.T.C.No.760 of 2021 by convicting the accused/respondent and therefore, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
