Crl.M.P.No.15532 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.1388 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J ., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1388 of 2024 dated 24.01.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report has been filed and the case is taken up in Crime No.2 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 4 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1388 of 2024 dated 24.01.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thirupathur on the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the date shall be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
