PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for an issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 6 respondents to consider the thereby disposing the representation made by the petitioner on 10.04.2017 respectively and direct the release the petitioner Auto Light Good Vehicle bearing registration No.TN 18 Q 1211

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition on the ground that Auto, which is sought to be released, has already been re-auctioned by the respondents and the said Auto is now not available.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
