This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14984 of in Crl.O.P.No.2611 of 2022 on 27.09.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for NDPS Act, Salem on the first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14984 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2611 of 2022 on 27.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for NDPS Act, Salem on the dates to be fixed by the trial Judge without fail.
