This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30am., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7996 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6091 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, relaxed.
