Balakumar v. The State Rep.By
Crl.O.P.No.27180 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.27180 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.
The petitioner/accused in S.C.No.83 of 2023 registered by the respondent police in Crime No.10 of 2023, for the offences under Sections 366, 342, 323 IPC and Section 5 (1) r/w 6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, seeks bail.
2.It is stated that the charges have been framed. The previous bail application was dismissed on 20.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24474 of 2023. At that time, charges had not been framed. Now charges have been framed, but the victim child has not been examined. Therefore, after the chief and cross examination of the victim child, bail may be considered. 3.At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed. 08.12.2023 sli C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.
