2841/2017 ] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.R.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
COMMON O R D E R This Court, by orders dated 22.09.2017, granted an order of interim stay on condition to deposit the entire award amount by the appellant / insurance company, within a period of four weeks. While passing such orders, it was specifically mentioned therein that in the event of failure on the part of the appellant to deposit the said amount within the specified period, the interim stay granted would stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.
2.Today, the learned counsel for the appellant was unable to state whether the aforesaid conditional orders have been complied with by the appellant/insurance company or not. 3.In view of the above, these petitions stand closed, by virtue of the specific clause in the orders dated 22.09.2017 as stated in the paragraph No.1 of this order.
