Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission. 2.The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus simplicitor directing the first respondent, being Revenue Divisional Officer, Sirkazhi Sub Division, Mayiladudurai to dispose her representation dated 19.10.2023 wherein she requests that the death of her husband Mani son of Raghuvaran on 12.07.1999 be entered in the Register maintained for that purpose. 3.Mr.J.C.Durairaj would, on instructions accede to the receipt of the representation by R1.
4.Hence a mandamus is issued to R1 to hear the petitioner, consider the evidences, if any produced by her, ascertain proper facts and dispose the representation dated 19.10.2023 in accordance with law, within a period of six
(6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed. No costs.
