This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17217 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1215 of 2023 dated 15.11.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from December 2023 to till date, without fail.

Considering the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17217 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1215 of 2023 dated 15.11.2023 on the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the above appeal, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, once in three months, i.e 1st Monday of January 2025, April 2025, July 2025 and October 2025.
