Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 325 days in filing the above criminal revision against the Order, dated 30.11.2008, passed in C.A.No.223/2018, by the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Erode., is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision, if the papers or otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
