THILAGESWARAN Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed, seeking to relax the condition imposed by this court, that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every Month, until the disposal of the revision case, by order dated 21.06.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.7954 & 7955/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.590/2019.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the said condition is modified to appear before the Trial Court, once in two months, on the first working day of the concerned month at 10.30 a.m., starting from the month of February 2020, until further orders.
