This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judge in Crl.O.P.No.26713 of 2022 order dated 03.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
