This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the surety in the above Crl.O.P. in Para No.6 to release on bail in the event of arrest or within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the learned Magistrate, Gingee on condition that each of the petitioners shall execute separate bonds for sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned order dated 06.07.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 01.12.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
