Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent made in Lr.No.HR.11/39131/2022 dated 30.11.2022 in respect of the property situated in Krishnagiri District Ph.I & II in MIG 303 in an extent of 2393 sq.ft of area, phase I & II, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allot this property in favour of the petitioner for an outright purchase.
