ORDER
This petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to register the First Information Report and investigate the case in obedience with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Ulundurpet, Kallakurichi District dated 21.03.2023 in C.M.P.No.2969 of 2022.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner FIR has been registered in Crime No.475 of 2023 and after investigation the same has been closed. The closure report was also served to the petitioner. 3.
Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
