Crl.M.P.No.15519 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22225 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22225 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22225 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
