ORDER

In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent to consider the Petitioner's 1/4

representation dated 11.05.2024. Since no counter has been filed, there is no representation on behalf of the Respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits of the case by directing the Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2024 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In case, the Petitioner's representation has to be ordered as prayed for in the said representation, the Petitioner need not be heard.

4. On the other hand, the Petitioner's representation has to be rejected, the Petitioner shall be heard before final orders are passed.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
