This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in order dated 31.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23173 of 2023 in Para No.6(b) wherein, the 1st petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police everyday for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required and the 2nd petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a week for a period of three weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioners are not complying the above said conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submission, the conditions imposed by this Court is therefore modified by revising that the 1st petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30a.m for a period of four weeks and the 2nd petitioner shall however appear before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30a.m, for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
