O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to quash the resolution No.88 passed by the first respondent on 31.05.2004. 2.The entire controversy in this writ petition is relating to the renewal of the lease period from 01.04.2003 to 31.03.2006.

3.The enhancement of rent issued through the resolution by the first respondent was under challenge. However, the entire controversy relates to the renewal of the lease period from 01.04.2003 to 31.03.2006 and now after a lapse of thirteen years, the factual circumstances and the resolution passed by the first respondent, which have undergone many changes and revisions and accordingly further adjudication in this writ petition becomes unnecessary. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
