This petition has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 260 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal dated 22.12.2021 made in CMA No.481 of 2018 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed. 30.03.2023 uma (2/2) Note: Registry is directed to number the restoration petition and post the matter on 13.04.2023.
