This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23194 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23194 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
