ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take appropriate steps against the fourth to sixth respondents in order to prohibit the conduct of the extra judicial Court over the family issue of the petitioner and her husband (ii) to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent for his act of instigating the extra judicial Court/Kangaroo Court against the circular memorandum dated 24.12.2003 issued by the Director General of Police. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1&2 submitted that there was a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and her husband and the third respondent is none other than the father-in-law of the petitioner. He further submitted that
the now the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. 3.
