1. This petition is filed to order substituted service to the 2nd Respondent in SA.No.220 of 2010, by issuing publication in any of the local dailies, wherein he resides.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the Petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in any one of the local Newspapers, having circulation in the locality, on or before 20.01.2023, intimating the 2nd Respondent that the matter would be heard on 10.02.2023 for the appearance of the 2nd Respondent on that date.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. Post the appeal on 10.02.2023.
