A letter has been received from the Provident Fund Authorities stating that the entire amount due has been recovered and in spite of the repeated efforts summons could not be served and the accused remain untraceable.

It is also further stated in the communication that since the amount has been recovered they leave the matter to the wisdom of the Court. The amount has already been recovered. Secondly even if the summon is served no meaningful trial is likely.
