This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20567 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024 to report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai-104 on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders without fail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20567 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
