This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21944 of 2024 by an order dated 06.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Principal Special Court under NDPS Act, Chennai-104 on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 10 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21944 of 2024 on 06.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
