This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20243 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.00a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
