2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner was not transferred and retained in the very same position as on the date of filing of this Writ Petition and no further orders of this Court are required.

3. Recording the aforementioned submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
