This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the above appeal on 09.10.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent/police daily at 10.30 a.m. till the completion of the investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly since 09.10.2024.

dk condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent/police daily at 10.30 a.m. till the completion of the investigation is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
