ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.44453 of 2024 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Court for Exclusive trial of CCB cases, Egmore, Chennai, by its order dated 02.08.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the mother of the petitioner is suffering from cancer, he is unable to comply with the conditions imposed on him by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Court for Exclusive trial of CCB cases, Egmore, Chennai. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Court for Exclusive trial of CCB cases, Egmore, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.28101 of 2022, is totally relaxed. The 2/4

other conditions shall remain intact. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
