This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the Inspector of Police, Odiansalai Police Station, Puducherry, to grant extension of time for a further period of six months to comply with the order or this Court dated 19.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.13509 of 2024 directing the petitioner police to execute the warrant within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Heard Mr.K.S.Mohandass, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Puducherry assisted by Mrs.N.Danalatchumy, Government Advocate, appearing for the petitioner/Police and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, time is extended by four months.

4. The petitioner/Police is directed to comply with the order of this Court dated 19.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.13509 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a compliance report before this Court.
