(Order of the Court was made by M.Sundar, J.) After some arguments, Mr.T.Ranganathan, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to not press the contempt petition, saying so, learned counsel made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: 2/4

Learned counsel reiterated the aforementioned endorsement and also sought a directive to the Registry to return the certified copy of order of Hon'ble Division Bench dated 02.03.2023 in W.P.No.24768 of 2022 {filed with captioned contempt petition} out of which contempt arises so as to enable him to come up with another contempt petition, if the need arises and if that be so, after doing the needful qua R4 {S.Naren} in W.P.No.24768 of 2022.
3. Afore-referred request for return of certified copy of order in writ petition acceded to with a directive to Registry to return the same to counsel on record for contempt petitioner under due acknowledgment. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned Contempt Petition is closed as not pressed for the present with liberty to the petitioner to come up with another contempt petition, if the need arises and if that be so. There shall be no order as to costs.
