This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 04.10.2023 in Crl.OP.No.22428 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police, weekly once, ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
