The petition is filed to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the present appeal against the order and decreetal order dated 01.04.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court at Vellore in F.C.O.P. No. 212 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted before this Court that the respondent has no objection for allowing the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. The petition is ordered.
