Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from granting patta to any third party in respect of Village Communal land in T.S.No.19/2 under possession and enjoyment of petitioners or in alternative direct the respondent to cancel patta, if any, granted to third parties with out hearing the petitioners and further direct him to preserve the said land as Village Communal land.
