ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the petitioner's property in Natham old Survey No. 136/1 New Survey Nos.538/19, 538/16 respectively land to an total extent of about 910 1/2 sq ft in Thammapatti Village Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District by disposing of the petitioners online application dated 14.08.2025 vide petitioner No 2025/ N123 / 08/ 006759 with the aid of the 4 th respondent.
2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government th respondent. By consent of Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice on behalf of the 4 the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made an online application on 14.08.2025, to measure the petitioner's
property, till date the same has not been considered by the respondents 2 and 3. Hence, she prayed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of petitioner's application dated 14.08.2025.
4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2025 will be considered and disposed of within four weeks. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4 th respondent.
6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 14.08.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in
accordance with law, after issuing due notice to the obstructors, if any. It is needless to state that, if there is any obstruction for measuring the petitioner's land, the respondents 2 and 3 shall complete the process with the aid of the 4 th respondent/Police. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
