ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 10.08.2022 for UDR corrections for the lands in survey No.151/1 of an extent of 0.77 Acre (0.31.0 Hec) situated at Dokkuboothanahalli Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District within a stipulated time on merits.
2. The petitioner in respect of making some correction in the UDR survey in respect of the land at S.No.151/1 at Dokkuboothanahalli Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District, had given a representation to the second respondent on 10.08.2022 and in order to consider the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Heard Mr.Krishnasamy Chinnasamy, learned counsel appearing 2/5
for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the said appeal/representation submitted by the petitioner has to be considered only by the second respondent i.e., District Revenue Officer, who would consider the same and pass orders within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is hereby dispensed with.
6. Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and taking note of the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2022 after giving an opportunity of being heard to both 3/5
the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and pass necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
